Signed up for their free trial. Gave them my credit card number, where they said they would only charge it if I didn’t cancel the free trial within 30 days.

They immediately charge my card $30.

Called to cancel, and they said they would only refund $10 of the $30.

Never logged in or used their service, since I won’t do business with a company who’s scammed me by charging $30 for a “free” trial.

This internet fax provider is great and I would not switch. The only thing that I would complain about and hope that it changes is the fact that you receive 300 faxes with the package but they are broken up as 100 sent and 200 received – just make sure you choose the package that suits your needs

I can tell you that the price is right and the service is great! You get to keep your current business number and you also get a second line for free. You get unlimited calling per month and it is all for less than $15 per month. It is a great asset to my business and beats the big phone companies. The amount of money I save on telephone alone is outstanding.
