Excellent in every way – I tried the free trial for 30 days and kept it and am still using it for my home business.

Great service and easy to use – won’t change back to a regular machine.
All faxes come to my email and it is a lot easier to be organized.

This internet fax provider is great and I would not switch. The only thing that I would complain about and hope that it changes is the fact that you receive 300 faxes with the package but they are broken up as 100 sent and 200 received – just make sure you choose the package that suits your needs

Signed up for their free trial. Gave them my credit card number, where they said they would only charge it if I didn’t cancel the free trial within 30 days.
They immediately charge my card $30.
Called to cancel, and they said they would only refund $10 of the $30.
Never logged in or used their service, since I won’t do business with a company who’s scammed me by charging $30 for a “free” trial.
